Company Creation
Founders - Whitney Wendy Dixon and partner Christopher Dwight Dixon Jr are a husband and wife duo that created a multimedia company through their love of the arts.
Year - Pixxel Designs was established Mother's Day 2019 as a gift from founding members, Christopher to his wife Whitney.
Location - Pixxel Designs covers the Cincinnati area however, has done work in multiple states, and countries.

Photography - Portrait, Event, Lifestyle, Brand Development, Campaign, and Fine Art
Design - Brand Development, Logo, Marketing, Flyers, Promo Apparel, Advertisement Material
Timeline
How do I get ahold with a member of your team? Please fill out a form with your request.
What is your response time? You should receive a response within 48 hours from your initial message.
How soon can I book my photo shoot? Please allow 3 days to book portrait photo shoots.
How long does a portrait shoot take? Portrait shoots start at one hour and depending on the amount of portrait takers will usually last 2-3 hours. More time can be added at an additional rate. Please arrive at photo shoots on time, dressed and ready. Your hour starts at the agreed-upon time. An additional hour will be charged for shoots that last 15 minutes over scheduled time.
Please understand rented studio space are rented at an hourly rate so shoots must end on the hour or the studio will charge a fee.
Understand makeup can take 1+ hours please always leave enough time for hair and makeup.
When will I receive my photos?
Portraits- Once you’ve received your Proofs (within 3 days of shoot), you will then select your top images to be edited and added to your final website. Please allow around 3 days for editing once images are selected. Please allow 5 or more days of editing during Holiday Seasons (ex: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring, and Fall, are our busiest times).
Events- All top images from your event will be delivered on your personal website within 3-14 days. Events can be rushed and placed ahead of other orders for a faster delivery with an additional fee.
How will I receive my images? You will receive a personal website which you can download in both High-Quality and Web Size; order prints from, and share with friends and family.
Portrait shoots will initially receive a Proofs page, where you would choose your top images to be edited and added to your final website.
Fine Art Reproductions will receive a website with their High Quality Jpgs and an email with their larger TIFFS.
When will I receive my specialty items and prints? Prints ordered over your personal website will automatically be printed and sent to you from a high-quality print lab. Prints usually take about a week once ordered shipping times vary.
How long will my website stay up for? 3 months. The option to extend your website is available and recommended as it makes accessing your photos easy and convenient to share with social media and family. Need your website up longer? Join Club Pixxel! Receive a 2-year website.
Portraits
Traditional and Family Portraits for Personal Use
$345 Includes the First Hour and Up to 5 guest (pets included), each additional hour is $150. Included are 15 High Quality Edited Images additional images can be added at $8 per image. Every shoot includes a License for Personal Use. Please view licensing information below.
A Family Portrait shoot typically takes up to two hours, if you plan to have multiple outfit changes we recommend booking two hours. Family Portraits include 1-5 portrait takers, pets are free unless they are the main portrait taker. Each additional portrait taker is a $15 sitting fee. Studio booking fees start at $50 and go up depending on the space.Pets are not allowed in majority Studios so please alert your booking agent ahead of time if you are bringing any pets.
Events
Event Photography
Events Begin at $345 per hour. You will receive all top images edited and delivered on a personal website, with 3 months of hosting. Included is a 2-year Editorial License. The use of images after your 2-year Editorial License expires, there will be a 15 % Editorial Usage fee, extending your license allowing you to keep publishing your photos for Editorial Use for years to come.
If any image from an event is going to be used for any commercial purposes, signed model releases, and additional Licensing per image is required. If a signed model release is unattainable we can schedule a photo shoot to recreate the scene.
Booking Rate and Licensing Fees
Booking Rate - This includes the first hour
Portraits $345 includes 15 images with professional editing and personal website for 3-months. Each additional hour is $150 with 5 images included. Additional images can be purchased at $15 an image.
Events $345 (hourly) includes all top images
Non-Commercial License: Every shoot includes a Non-Commercial License. Can be shared indefinitely with friends and family, can not be used to promote a brand, company, or product.
Editorial License: 2-Year editorial license used to inform or educate your viewers. Can be used on Website, Billboards, Articles, print and digital
Commercial License: Per Image License Used to sell, advertise, and market a product, company, service, or brand.
Editorial Licenses
15% Photo shoot total yearly after the first 2-years
If you plan to have your images published and used to inform or educate your viewers, printed or online.
Uses include:
Website, newspapers and magazines (except for covers), journalism, blogs and social media posts
Commercial License
Advertising a Product, Brand, or Company

Images are Licensed per image.
License Fee Per Image Varies
Can be used for:
Online and company/personal website, book or magazine covers, commercial, promotional, endorsement, advertising, or merchandising purposes in any media (e.g. print, commercial broadcast, film, digital)
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or price matches.
You have up to 3-months from scheduled photo shoot to reschedule to a future date.
If you cancel the day of your shoot a 50% re-booking fee will be issued. If a studio was rented a rescheduling fee might be issued if studio doesn’t allow for rescheduling.
All rescheduled shoots must be done within 90 days of the original shoot date.
*We are not responsible for Acts of God, Domestic or Foreign Terrorism, Financial Crash, Sickness etc.
Deposits are non Refundable
Your deposit is 50% of your overall investment. Your remaining half is due the day of your Scheduled Shoot.
